The responsible of the moral education at home should be taken by both the child and the adult. the reason why is because the child some find the time in each day to take the time out and study for a test or just read a book. The adult is also to blame to because if the child isnt taking the full responsiblety to study the adult should step in the try to help the child study more.
The school are also the blame as well because if they see that a child is falling behind in school a teacher or somebody else should step in like a tutor and help the child out with there problem. Another way that the school can take responsiblety for the moral education of a child is the way that a teacher is teaching the class. If the teacher give no efort into educating the chlidren then that teacher should be replace by a teacher who will help the child to learn and be well educated for the real world.

I don't agree that it is a teachers job to make a child learn. I think she is just a guide to help the child find the right ways to learn and the right things to learn. The child needs to teach himself and the parents need force the child to learn. Children don't know the value of education so one thing parents need to do is teach them through example both positive about education and negative about lack of education.
